Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Can’t think of any. We’d never use Merrco by KORT ever again. We don’t recommend it to anyone either None, one of the lowest quality resellers you can use. There are no pros to using this company. The legit worst on the market. Cons Poor unresponsive customer service. Unexplained charges Do not use this company. They resell PayFacto products and are slow and never online. Bad support and bad software.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We had a great experience dealing with the Canadian rep Carlos G. He is energetic, knowledgeable, and aims to meet your needs. It has been almost a year since we started using it, I really like the platform, however I've had a few hiccups along the way, which are more my fault in all likelihood in learning how to use and maximize the software -- it's coming along though. It is sleek and we get lots of compliments about the design. Cons Poynt is a subsidiary of Elavon, some challenges in getting the right customer support but when you finally reach the right person, it is resolved very quickly. Learning the platform was a bit of a chore as this was all new to us, still learning.
