Their communication and responsibility, the professionalism and the response, which are most important, are beyond all expectations. The software is great. It's tailored for diamond jewelry, and makes my life much easier. Publishing to eBay, Etsy, and my website are so powerful. It creates all the content, manages the jewelry and diamond inventory individually, syncs and reprices everything automatically. The software is just great! It covers all our needs - central jewelry catalog, proper work with tens of thousands of SKUs, automatic repricing by metal and gemstone prices, online catalogs and websites for distributors, ability to expand to new sales channels. Automation is so powerful we know we can handle our data easily, especially as they continue to add more AI tools every month. The system is online, stable, holds our big catalog with no problems. This was one of our concerns. Their support is unbelievable. Thinking outside the box, custom developments, always available and positive - there is simply no "No" for them.
