Pros from Real Users Pros I like the aesthetics. I like the ease of use. I like the multifunction PDF editor and organizer that is with in the system. I like the intuitive thought that is behind the design of the system. I like the organizational components that the system offers I like the time and money that is saved for my employees and pocketbook by utilizing Medsender. The ability to store & access files in a software with patient names and date of birth is like no other. We are able to utilize the incoming faxes as a working queue of what is pending vs complete. We also utilize the uploaded faxes to store fillable forms. It is so simple and quick to upload, modify or sign documents in Medsender. The AI features are awesome! It is accessible from anywhere and the customer service response time is fantastic. The development team is constantly making improvements to the platform, making an already amazing product even better! Medsender has made so our clinic processes so much smoother, easier, and faster. Medsender has been extremely reliable - we have not had any issues with performance since we signed on. Because Medsender integrates directly with our online EHR, we are able to send consultation reports/records/notes etc to other providers so easily and securely. This functionality alone cuts this process steps down from about 10 steps to 4 steps. In addition, because Medsender can all faxes coming in... we have been able to switch to a VOI Phone System program that is quite a bit cheaper! Medsender definitely pays for itself and is one of the best tech investments that my company has made. We use this product across 4 locations and receive dozens of faxes electronically each day. Medsender makes it extremely easy to track, locate and forward these documents. We can do faxing for all our locations from one central database. Medsender’s website is very user friendly! Medsender has saved me so much time and energy by eliminating my need for a fax machine.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It works to send and receive faxes. Possible to send from email. HIPAA compliant. eFax was simple and easy. It was expensive and only got more expensive. They tried to save me money by moving to Consensus-their new product. Cons Clunky, dated platform. Terrible support. Incompetence with billing. eFax could not get me my faxes in only single send- per referrals- so I paid much more for multiple faxes of the same item. They also could not handle/remove SPAM faxes, so I had to pay for those also. Finally their support is not good and one person could not handle issue. Each issue needed 2 or more people/calls/departments to address issue-many issues NOT corrected. Consensus is ONLY for tech-savvy Enterprise users who need lots of bells and whistles-BEWARE.
