Perla Credentialing is automation software built for long-term care, skilled nursing, senior living, and other healthcare organizations. It helps facilities automate staff credential tracking, credential collection, professional license verification, OIG and SAM exclusion monitoring, expiration reminders, certification tracking, document management, task assignment, and compliance reporting from one centralized platform. Its AI-powered software handles time-consuming administrative work such as tracking due dates, collecting documents, sending reminder emails, and verifying licenses and background information. Administrators can securely manage employee credentials alongside facility and equipment documents, including vendor and payor contracts, permits, policies and procedures, incident reports, safety records, accreditation documents, maintenance logs, and warranties.
