Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive drag & drop interface to easily build online stores, Good selection of themes & design customization options, Built in CRM, Email marketing & other small business tools. Company and folks are always very helpful. We have cut our price book efforts by up to 75% with using QS software and support. Great product and people. Having the ability to automate the process of spec sheets, price lists, and custom spreadsheets is such a time saver! This process went from weeks to days. - Great product that enhances our business - Solution oriented in their approach - Responsive to requests and with support - Knowledgeable team and great to work with them MarketStudio (formerly CatalogStudio) was easy to configure and load. Support was great; any time we reported a technical issue we received a response in less than a business day, usually in a few hours. The support team is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Cons Hosting & transaction fees can get costly for scales stores, Lack of niche ecommerce features compared to advanced platforms. I really do not have any thing poor to say about product or people at QS. The only issue we have experienced is they can be slow to provide invoices for serves they have performed. Online data entry can be a bit clumsy. But, using export and import functions help to streamline process. - I can't think of anything. We have been very happy with their software. Performance could sometimes be slow, particularly when large amounts of data are loaded. It is missing some advanced features compared to more expensive PIM solutions, but new features are being added with every release. If you have specific features you require, I would recommend getting a demo to make sure it has them all. Queries are handled quickly, which is critical when managing complex feed setups. - Extensive Template Library The platform currently supports over 100 feed templates across shopping channels, affiliate networks, social media platforms, OpenAI integrations, and more continuing to expand over time. - Powerful Data Optimisation Tools Within the platform, there are 100+ modifiers that allow you to clean, enrich, and optimise your product data to improve feed quality and overall performance. - Advanced Data Integration Feed Optimise allows you to blend data from multiple sources and connect via API, enabling flexible and scalable feed management. Beautifully designed platform with a huge breadth of capabilities. There are lots of tools for optimizing your feed, and the AI features are the standout for me. You can connect to any model, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and others, and run optimizations at scale automatically. The pricing is fair too, as it is the only platform I know of that charges based on parent level product count and works on a pay per use basis, so you only pay for what you actually use. It has genuinely changed how I manage my feeds day to day. Cons At present, I have not identified any significant drawbacks. The platform continues to meet our needs effectively, and any questions or issues have been promptly addressed by the support team. None that I can think of. After daily use I have not come across anything I would change or any feature I felt was missing.
