Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Intuitive drag & drop interface to easily build online stores, Good selection of themes & design customization options, Built in CRM, Email marketing & other small business tools. Company and folks are always very helpful. We have cut our price book efforts by up to 75% with using QS software and support. Great product and people. Having the ability to automate the process of spec sheets, price lists, and custom spreadsheets is such a time saver! This process went from weeks to days. - Great product that enhances our business - Solution oriented in their approach - Responsive to requests and with support - Knowledgeable team and great to work with them MarketStudio (formerly CatalogStudio) was easy to configure and load. Support was great; any time we reported a technical issue we received a response in less than a business day, usually in a few hours. The support team is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Cons Hosting & transaction fees can get costly for scales stores, Lack of niche ecommerce features compared to advanced platforms. I really do not have any thing poor to say about product or people at QS. The only issue we have experienced is they can be slow to provide invoices for serves they have performed. Online data entry can be a bit clumsy. But, using export and import functions help to streamline process. - I can't think of anything. We have been very happy with their software. Performance could sometimes be slow, particularly when large amounts of data are loaded. It is missing some advanced features compared to more expensive PIM solutions, but new features are being added with every release. If you have specific features you require, I would recommend getting a demo to make sure it has them all.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the automated content enrichment feature that PIMworks provides. Also, the knowledge base is very much detailed. PIMworks is very helpful for us to manage and maintain all our catalog information in a centralized repository. PIMworks provides product information management and also data management options which is very useful for us to maintain catalog information and data. The workflow management capabilities offered by PIMworks is by far my favorite feature of PIMworks. Also, the task management is nice. PIMworks is a very handy PIM platform with lot of core capabilities. The attention to detail with the features is very impressive. Cons I do not like the pricing of the software as I find it a bit steep. I do not have any significant cons about using PIMworks. All the features of PIMworks are very good and I do not have any complaints. The over the air patch updates takes longer to download. I do not have any major concerns with my usage of PIMworks.
