Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have started using MarkMagic in 2021 and have found several helpful features within the software. I am using the software to print our product labels initially. It has additionally become useful in printing our invoices. We added MarkMagic to our main fulfillment facility. It was easy to get started since it is partnered with S2k enterprise. Fairly simple turnkey solution. We were printing our labels within a couple days of installation. Can't say enough good things about MarkMagic. It works just as we need it to. It creates and prints our shipping labels without really having to do anything. It's working sometimes and I don't even notice it. MarkMagic has been a great software product for our fulfillment team to use. It has simplified how we produce the shipping labels we print for our outbound shipments. We use their software to generate our shipping labels automatically. We can populate our labels with variable data and design the labels when necessary. The designer is user-friendly and easy to preview labels before printing. Markmagic has simplified our compliance labeling. The process of printing barcodes to meet our customers needs has sped up significantly since adding Markmagic software. Cons It can certainly be overwhelming to work with this kind of software. It's not as simple as something like Microsoft Word. However it really gets the job done. And I usually don't have to make any big changes to our files. We had to wait for our license so it's not exactly instant. Not really a bid issue with us however. Overall very happy with the product. I will say that occasionally we have issues with the labels printing. But, it is usually a printer issue, not MarkMagic. Occasionally labels will not print. Troubleshooting why is difficult if you are printing a label that has numerous layers. Perhaps it needs to be easier to search for errors. There is not much to dislike. It does exactly what we needed. We did have some back and forth with their tech support when we first got started, but it wasn't too bad.		Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version. Easy To Use and Very Flexible to setup in connection with Acumatica - easy installation wizard that allows deployment to users.
