About
realvirtual.io is a Unity-based framework for industrial digital twins and virtual commissioning in machine and plant engineering. It imports the customer's own CAD (STEP, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX), lets you define kinematics (drives, sensors, grippers) without altering the original geometry, and connects real or simulated PLCs and robot controllers through 15+ native interfaces (Siemens S7, Beckhoff TwinCAT/ADS, OPC UA, MQTT, EtherNet/IP, Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) to one 3D model. It ships with full C# source code, so there is no black box and no vendor lock-in, and holds high-fidelity visuals at 60 fps while keeping cost far below legacy digital-factory tools. One model carries through sales, engineering, virtual commissioning, 3D HMI and operator training. A free Starter edition is on the Unity Asset Store; companion product realvirtual WEB (open source, Three.js) delivers the same model to any browser via one link.
