Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great collaboration and communication features. It also makes it easy to communicate with any other email server It is very easy to use, and incase, you are stuck somewhere, they also have blogs detailing the entire encryption process. I have purchased the base plan for now, but I think I will stick to Mailfence service. The user friendly interface made setting up my account, a smooth experience. Mailfence offers a wide range of features and creates a cohesive workspace, which is a major advantage. Easy to use and has great security features. Has many useful tools like documents, messages and calendars. Provide end to end encryption and other great security features. Easy to create an account and features are easy and nice to use. Cons As of right now, I don't have anything to complain The mobile app does not support all the features that the desktop interface has, but it is still good enough. Some features are currently missing from the mobile app. Overall design of the main menu could be improved. Interface is a bit plain. Fonts and size of text could be improved. Sharing documents outside the tool is difficult.		Pros from Real Users Pros All tools in one place — Mail, Drive, VPN, Calendar — make work simple and efficient. Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version.
