About

Powerful replacement for macOS Terminal, supporting 24-bit color, standard graphics protocols and iTerm2 image sequences and color schemes. MacTerm is one of the few emulators in the world that allow terminal-based programs to set up to 8 bits per RGB component (for a total of 24 bits), allowing for a large number and large spectrum of colors on the screen. The terminal is capable of preserving incoming text perfectly: whether you copy it to the Clipboard, capture it to a file, print it, or drag and drop, any special characters will be present. You can also use the floating command line window to input any kind of character. (In 4.1.0, there are limits on which Unicode characters can actually be displayed by the terminal; these limitations are being removed in 5.0.) Finally, Unicode is supported for file names, preference collection names, and macros.

About

TTWinCE is terminal emulation tool developed specifically for the handheld and Windows-based terminal market. It is designed for embedded systems, thin clients, portable devices, and small form factor devices that require host connectivity, and it excels in barcode scanning and warehousing-type applications. TTWinCE expands the use of Windows CE or Windows Mobile devices by giving them access to host systems, helping organizations connect mobile and compact devices to enterprise environments. The underlying emulation technologies behind TTWinCE are the same high-quality, robust technologies powering TTWin, the flagship terminal emulator that has undergone continuous development and refinement since 1993. TTWinCE supports more than 80 different emulations, giving users complete connectivity from one product. It includes support for the built-in scanners that come with many handheld devices, making it practical for warehouse, inventory, logistics, and data capture workflows.
