Pros from Real Users Pros The whole process was easy to navigate through with good features. Customer Service is great with great support and pricing A robust user interface, pretty straightforward. Setup within a month. Payment integration, and a lot of options we're planning to use in future. Wordpress + WooCommerce integration via their plugin. RestAPI for custom integrations. Great assistance from their engineering team. Robust genealogy management, nice-looking and adjustable back offices, all the commission can be calculated instantly when a purchase confirmed on the online shop. - pricing is super affordable comparing to other software of THIS level (of course there is always a cheap alternative but most of them just a crap) - high-end network analytics: we're able to get whatever network data we need, including retention, effectiveness of promos, et cetera 1. integration of the platform with our custom CMS (actually it can be integrated with anything :) 2. commission calculation according to our custom compensation plan I like the options available. I like the ease of access. I like the professionalism of the Sales and support teams. I like the advantages the software platform provides to our enterprise. I like the pricing. System flexibility, easy usage, perfect customer support, unbeatable price-performance-ratio, all-inclusive solution. We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Their installation team has been extremely flexible. The software integrated with our system very easily via API allowing a seamless flow of data to allow our distributors to keep up to date with their daily business activities. The option to customize the online office is a fantastic addition. It's very easy to use.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Plondo has completely changed the way we look at compensation planning and commissions. Their commission engine is incredibly flexible and gives us the ability to build, test, and compare different compensation models before ever putting them into production. We can model different structures, adjust percentages, bonuses, ranks, and qualifications, then see how those changes could impact the company and the field. One of my favorite features is the forecasting tools. Instead of guessing how a compensation plan might perform as the company grows, we can actually run different scenarios and see the potential financial impact before making a decision. The artificial intelligence capabilities take it even further. It can help analyze different compensation models, identify potential issues, and give us insight into which structure may make the most sense based on what we are trying to accomplish. That is a huge advantage when you are trying to balance distributor motivation, growth, and company profitability. I also love that we can test multiple compensation models without having to rebuild everything from scratch. It makes experimenting with new ideas incredibly easy. Plondo is much more than just network marketing software. The technology feels like it was built for companies that actually want to understand their numbers, forecast growth, and make smarter decisions before rolling changes out to the field. The commission engine and forecasting capabilities alone make Plondo stand out. Cons There are so many options and capabilities that it can take a little time to learn everything the platform can do. Once you understand the system, the flexibility is a major advantage.
