Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros LiveWebinar is perfect for advertising and sharing valid and professional information with any and every business. I watched so many educational webinars and gained so much knowledge on the things that I needed to have clarity on. I really love gaining and being able to share my thoughts through live webinars. I discovered LiveWebinar through AppSumo and I was pleased that they offered more option my actual Zoom plan. I am running one on one, groups meetings and I am planning to run continuous webinars so this tools most of my needs. I am glad that I can set up a room for my collaborators without having to start the meeting for them (I would have to upgrade my Zoom plan to be able to do that) and that we can create profiles as Presenters. The webinar was easy to set up and the chat room worked. The recording was easy to find and download. The application works very well and it is easy to get going with it. It has the chat, polls and surveys, whiteboard and even the latest, Evergreen webinars which seems to be getting popular. There is also ample recording times for your webinars. I use LiveWebinar for delivering online training and IMO it's better suited to this than many competitors who basically offer 'meeting' software with only a token nod to learning. I really appreciate the colour customisations and the fact you can upload slides and other materials and then run through them without juggling 'share screen' windows. The online support is also fantastic. I had some ad hoc customisation requests during lockdown and the support team helped quickly and without a fuss. Cons Honestly, there’s nothing I don’t like. It’s nothing that should be changed because everything is easy to adapt too and create. I tried the tool as a discussion with a group of people and the ones connecting with iPhone had difficulties to open their camera, which can be a bummer when you wan to see reactions and cut the non verbal. The entire app user interface and the webinar itself feel corporate, boring and cluttered. The font is small, and there is a lot of grey. The poll was a great idea but in practice it just looked bad and didn’t engage with people the way it should. Worst of all my webinar CUT OUT halfway through and I had to restart, which messed up the recording and looked very embarrassing. The recording itself was difficult to set up - i never was sure which parts of the screen I was recording. It’s the kind of thing that makes everyone just want to go back to Zoom. It has the ability to screen share by focusing on just one application, but we would like to have another option, that we can select an area of the screen to share. This will allow us to drag in applications or remove applications that we are demo showing without needing to change the work flow. Very little. A minority of end users still report some AV issues connecting but I suspect this is more their set up than LW.		Pros from Real Users Pros Ease of use. I can now use other cameras and other switcher devices for even more seamless live streaming and taping of our church services Mobile, Easy to learn, Full of with the must features that a livestream requires, Touch Screen Interface Sleek, dynamic app design; reliable, stable UI; LOTS of dynamic, sophisticated ways to polish the little details. Support team is exceptionally communicative and leadership listens carefully to user feedback. Very easy to connect remote cameras. Multistreaming, horizontal/vertical video options and enhanced video call-in experiences have made a great product even greater. I really like the ability to have multiple cameras to choose from without having to have multiple camera operators - the DJI integration makes it even better. I also like the WIFI connectivity, allowing me to place my cameras in the best position without having to worry about getting wires to them or wires being in walkways or aesthetically intrusive. I really enjoyed the like for like familiarity. Having a powerful processor helped to have a much slicker environment to interact with, which meant importing assets, adding sources and more felt much faster than the iPad Pro counterpart. Recording video and live-streaming felt just as natural and familiar as I was used to having on iOS. There’s also scope for much more connectivity on Mac OS and I look forward to seeing how the app grows in the Apple ecosystem. When Covid started, I wasn’t able to have people come to my podcast studio and faced an immense challenge. I needed to become mobile. I looked far and wide for alternatives and I was not satisfied with some of my options. I found switcher studio and it completely changed my business. I’m able to produce extremely high quality production, fast, efficiently and convenient for my clients. I could show up to them, set up and give him a full broadcast that would have taken several hours and thousands of dollars. I use switcher studio in every production i do and it has completely changed my quality of life and the life of my family and business. Thank you!
