Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Really like how intuitive the interface is and how easy it is to use.. It's got the features I need and you can't beat the price - Easy to Navigate - Automatically tracks my income and expenses - Actually RE specific (I've tried so many other softwares that i had to tweak to do what Ledgre does in minutes) - Generates my schedule E (Can also do 8825 - I'm not there yet) As a landlord, they have helped me generate all the reports that are essential to my business like P&L and Schedule E. I was able to connect it to the property management software that I use which saved me the headache of actually inputting all that information. Ledgre has a very clean, user-friendly interface and is simple to set up by connecting your bank. Anyone can learn to use this platform. Love that it helps with Schedule E for tax season Cons Sounds like they're continuing to build out the software so I look forward to more features - No 1099 on release, but I'm hoping it will be added with future updates The software is great, there are no specific cons I can think of. I've never used property accounting software, so I had some hiccups while getting started. Nothing major. I hope they continue to add features in the future
