Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Really like how intuitive the interface is and how easy it is to use.. It's got the features I need and you can't beat the price - Easy to Navigate - Automatically tracks my income and expenses - Actually RE specific (I've tried so many other softwares that i had to tweak to do what Ledgre does in minutes) - Generates my schedule E (Can also do 8825 - I'm not there yet) As a landlord, they have helped me generate all the reports that are essential to my business like P&L and Schedule E. I was able to connect it to the property management software that I use which saved me the headache of actually inputting all that information. Ledgre has a very clean, user-friendly interface and is simple to set up by connecting your bank. Anyone can learn to use this platform. Love that it helps with Schedule E for tax season Cons Sounds like they're continuing to build out the software so I look forward to more features - No 1099 on release, but I'm hoping it will be added with future updates The software is great, there are no specific cons I can think of. I've never used property accounting software, so I had some hiccups while getting started. Nothing major. I hope they continue to add features in the future	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Really, I thought I would always have to manage my leases, loans, and cam recs in spreadsheets. Not True!! STRATAFOLIO can do all that and more. Plus I can give my dad read-only access and he can see everything without having to ask me. - Very knowledgeable team. - User friendly system - I got it immediately. - Everyone can finally have access to all the files, leases, loan information without having to forward emails or give access to a drive. - CAM this year was a breeze and bonus... my tenants liked the reports they got. - My banker really liked the rent roll report and how fast I could answer their questions -which sped up the whole process. It was also great to be able to pull large chunks of the personal financial statement out of stratafolio and not have to update a spreadsheet like I used to. So simple to use and I can share up-to-date reports with my lenders in just seconds! I look so organized. Great support team. The Onboarding Team is like no other software I have worked with. They get the problem and help me figure out the best way for me to use the software. Ease of use. One dashboard to see all the properties. Price. Support is excellent. Onboarding extremely detailed and awesome training. Cons I wanted to see all my tenant insurance certificates in the system but that won't be available until later this year. I realized how many mistakes I had made in my rent tracking for the last several years and how much I actually lost in income! Nothing! They made me dig up records from filing cabinets because they wanted to make sure everything was complete. Needs more reports. Easier flow on site. Need to dig to find out how to print a report.
