XIM Audio licenses music-production datasets for teams developing or researching audio AI. Its catalog includes producer-made DAW sessions, printed stems, aligned vocal and instrumental pairs, MIDI, synth presets, loops, instrumentals, stock tracks and tutorial sessions. Dataset pages describe contents and rights status; licenses can be scoped for research or commercial training, with non-exclusive use as the default and exclusive terms discussed separately. Creators retain ownership and receive a share of each license. Deliveries include a manifest and datasheet and are anonymized.
