About
Kymolog is a medical-device data integration and research platform for hospitals, medical-device makers, and research teams. Its edge agent captures readings from continuous glucose monitors, ECG monitors, pulse oximeters, blood-pressure cuffs, and thermometers, then represents measurements as FHIR R4 Observations with LOINC codes, UCUM units, device identity, and measurement time. Kymolog matches readings to patients and encounters using bed or device assignments and delivers them to a hospital’s existing EHR through FHIR R4 or an HL7 v2 interface engine. The same readings can be retained in a research store with their device and time provenance for clinical research and post-market evidence workflows. The software can run on premises, in a hospital-controlled private cloud, or in a device maker’s cloud; an optional hosted research store receives de-identified readings. Device classes beyond the supplied mappings can be configured.

About
OMOPHub is a hosted terminology API for healthcare data teams, health informatics engineers, and researchers working with OMOP and OHDSI data. It provides API access to standardized clinical concepts from more than 120 vocabularies, with semantic and multilingual search, cross-vocabulary mappings, hierarchy navigation, and tools for resolving clinical terms. FHIR terminology endpoints support FHIR-based applications, and Python, R, and Node.js SDKs help developers add vocabulary lookup to data pipelines and software. An MCP server exposes terminology functions to compatible AI clients. Teams can use OMOPHub for clinical data normalization, ETL, cohort building, analytics, and research workflows that depend on consistent concept identifiers. The service is offered as a SaaS API, with a free usage tier, paid plans for higher-volume workloads, and a private cloud deployment option.
