Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Sign up is simple, user experience is simple. The main factor that I liked about KuCoin is the ability that this application has for operations with leverage, it allows you to make shorts and buys in any type of currency, the orders are executed very quickly and you can obtain better returns through the percentage, since that offers better win percentages depending on your leverage. KuCoin also offers a complete platform to store all types of coins, whether it is from the TRC20 network, ETH network and many other networks, it accepts any type of cryptocurrency network so you can make deposits and new withdrawals. Another thing I liked about KuCoin is the way it allows you to study charts, view charts in real time, also KuCoin supports many more listed coins than any other Exchange out there like Binance or Kraken, KuCoin supports recently listed coins and They're not that famous yet. A robust trading exchange that offers a wide variety of great services such as staking coins with great ROI and low transaction fees on trades. Once you know how to use it, quite easy to use, very stable. I got answers to my questions, so they did improve their customer service. The software is very easy to navigate and use. I like how easy it is to get set up and get KYC passed. It makes sending and receiving assets very straightforward. Cons Too many push notifications, not enough incentive to continue to use the platform. No alerts before coins are delisted or even listed. KuCoin supports all types of transactions related to cryptocurrencies and has never presented any type of failure. I liked that a lot since I can mobilize all my assets deposited in different cryptocurrencies in a decentralized way. KuCoin does not present any type of limitation in relation to the transactions that you can make, in addition, the P2P market and the exchange market work perfectly. KuCoin in general works very well and does not present any failures in the exchanges, it is a very efficient platform to use it as an asset exchange zone. It does not offer a wide array of crypto tokens like some of its competitors. Sometime it was not easy to get informations. At beginning answers were very slow to my questions. It is difficult to filter what notifications it sends you. I had to disable all notifications, and I miss out on price changes, because I can't stand how much they bug me with other nonsense.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great support prior to payment, the exchange has a nice interface and the listing fee was quite cheap. Cons Regrets over trusting P2PB2B, the whackd community raised $10,000 to list with a cex, after choosing P2PB2B the exchange have made multiple errors resulting in P2PB2B effectively stealing $10,000 from the whackd community. P2PB2B has made multiple misrepresentations and guilty of more than one breach of contract, i have since been blocked from the Telegram and they refuse to continue speaking in private message and now refers us to an email to contact. P2PB2B had admitted to these faults and have since apologised, but refuse to return the funds as is legally required of them. they are acting in bad faith at this point and could be called a scam. The (Now Void) Contract was also breached by failing to fulfill terms that were made in pre contract negotiations, the following terms were: i) P2PB2B Failed to inform users directly on the exchange that there was a 1 in 1000 risk of losing 100% of a transaction when making withdraw's and deposits. (despite the claimant stating this as part of the agreement) ii) P2PB2B Failed to inform users in the announcements that there was a 1 in 1000 risk of losing 100% of a transaction when making withdraw's or deposits. (despite the claimant stating this as part of the agreement) iii) P2PB2B made public announcements without any disclaimer to warn the users of the losses incurred when making withdraws or deposit. Despite this being a term of agreement in pre-contract negotiations. iv) P2PB2B did not display any disclaimer to warn the users of the losses incurred when making withdraws or deposit when using the exchange despite this being a term of agreement in pre-contract negotiations. What started as an innocent representation is now appearing more like a scam.
