Pros

• The videos are short & engaging. The content is easily digestible for the wide range in age of our employees.
• The program as a whole is really friendly and the customer service gets 5 stars. My rep answers me within minutes or email her and has helped me make sure our employees stay up to date on completing their training. I have also learned so much from the training videos!
• For us, the number one pro is having the videos hosted via NINJIO. The short videos are far superior to lengthy and often (let's face it) boring once a year trainings that are so common with cyber security. Coupled with the quiz at the end of each video, employees stay engaged. Also, the subject matter is relevant and the tips and tricks are reasonable to the every day person. Finally, administering the trainings is absolutely low maintenance. It is as close to 'set it and forget it' as you can get. Just review the next video and do nothing if you like it or choose from a plethora of past episodes if you don't like it. Simple!
• NINJIO has been a great way for all of our employees to stay current on the threats and dangers on the web and how to protect themselves. They really learn from these lessons and it even spurs conversations about it!
