Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cloud based platform is easily accessible from anywhere - looks and works great on mobile. Makes it easy to monitor inventory in real time remotely, making sure operations stay profitable. Easy to use, intuitive user interface makes it simple to get up and running quickly. Highly customizable to meet the specific needs of a particular organization. Excellent customer support team and good pricing provides value. Cons Nothing negative encountered so far. All functionality works as intended.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Like every company, it is trying to improve every day with different challenges that arise along the way. Customization in this software has a lot of potential but when there are so many issues happening, I can not comment on the pros. Listaso where very focused to sell us. Customer service was good in the free months once they started charging everything changed. It is very customizable, I have all I need to take orders and let my boss know a lot of things related to the sales performance. Cons The different errors that occur in daily work, and the program does not send you a warning for possible errors. Almost a problem every day with the software. It can take months to fix an issue. Our inventory and margins of profit are completely off due to an error they still have yet to figure out. These mistakes can be costly as you try to run your business on a day to day basis. Save your money and headaches and go elsewhere. This company has a lot of growing to do before it can live to it ls true potential! We have had the worst experience with Listaso. We paid them close to $2,000 with the condition that if the service doesn't work they should return the money and they never did. We are making a claim now against them. The service had a lot of problems and lasted for long periods of times to fix them which interrupted our business many times. We had to use external softwares to keep invoicing. None so far, app has been a great solution for our needs.
