		Pros from Real Users Pros Customer Service has been excellent. The build looks great. The site is user-friendly. Moving to PageDNA has been a great experience. Only wish we would have done it sooner. PageDNA is highly customizable, allowing us to brand specifically for our W2P arm. Support and implementation was handled with patience and detail, and I felt like the team was equipping me with the tools to create what fits our business, not just telling me what to do. Customer support & fast responses, easy to use, seamless setup. The landing page for customers is also straight forward and looks modern/up to date without being overly designed. Ease of Setup with Page DNA assistance Cost Training Site ease of use responsive Customer service is outstanding All employees have a great understanding of the site Can touch many areas (apparel, Ad Specialties, and Print) We like the flexibility in customising To our department and requirements. We had a different Web submission solution and changed to Page DNA. Page DNA's team does most of the work for you! They go out of their way to create the solution you envision. We felt the timeline to implement the solution was more than appropriate. Hands on training and great follow up service. There weekly check-in's was by far my favorite part during the trainings. UI on the admin side is easy to navigate, product building is pretty streamlined and user friendly. Client facing site is clean, easy to navigate, and responsive. Diverse set of base products with flexible options to fit the needs of a custom printer. Ease of setup – PageDNA walks you through the entire setup process step by step, making it easy to get up and running quickly without heavy technical support. Strong integration capabilities – The platform integrates seamlessly with existing systems and workflows, which simplifies order management and reduces manual work. User-friendly interface – Both administrators and end users find the interface intuitive, resulting in fewer training needs and faster adoption. The system is amazing so far and I haven't even had a chance to learn about all of the capabilities yet. It's super easy to use.
