About
KONGSBERG Port Management Information System (PMIS) is a port management information system for port authorities and operators that need to coordinate vessel calls and related port services. It supports port-call workflows, including the exchange of vessel and call information, service requests, operational planning, and communication among port stakeholders. The system provides a shared information environment for coordinating vessel movements, port resources, and administrative tasks, while connecting with traffic-display and external maritime information services. PMIS can be deployed as a web-based hosted solution or on-premises, allowing ports to choose an operating model suited to their environment. It is intended for port organizations handling vessel calls and associated operational processes; configuration and connected services may vary by deployment.

About
e.Berth is a cloud-hosted berth allocation and port coordination platform for port authorities, port operators, shipowners and other port stakeholders. It provides a centralized interface for planning berth bookings, updating and confirming allocations, and viewing berth availability in real time. The platform supports coordination among port authorities, ship operators and service providers, and can suggest berths based on vessel type, port regulations and environmental considerations. It is designed to coordinate vessel arrivals and departures, port services and facility availability. Built as a SaaS application on Microsoft Azure with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate, e.Berth uses workflows, notifications and approval processes to support port operations. The vendor reports deployments at the Ports of Lavrio and Rhodes. It is delivered without requiring customers to install local infrastructure.
