Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The tool helps us stop fraudulent emails that fail DMARC authentication from getting delivered to the recipients’ inbox. I like how we can easily configure our domain’s DMARC and SPF records with the help of this tool to authenticate legitimate emails and ensure a healthy outbound email flow. I love how simple and effective the tool is. It has made it very easy for us to manage the outbound emails flowing from all our domains. I have been using this tool for more than a year now and it has helped me a lot in securing my domain against misuse. It has helped us in a major way in terms of our email deliverability rate. Smart SPF is one of the best features that this product offers. It helps you alter IPs and email sources in the SPF record through its dashboard without the need to visit the DNS. As the company grows, the threats posed to its reputation also grow. Domain forgery is one of the leading threats that a company faces. People can destroy your market reach using your domain name to send inappropriate emails or malicious content to your customers. However, a tool like KDMARC comes in handy while dealing with this situation. It has amazing features like Smart SPF and Identity Access Management (IAM) that make domain security a very easy game. Cons There is nothing that I dislike about the tool. Great tool to protect our email domains. I don’t dislike anything about this tool. In fact, it offers quite interesting features and a user-friendly dashboard. I have enjoyed using the tool. So far, no complaints. Improvement is always an ongoing process but I don’t think that there’s any scope for an immediate change in this product or its design. KDMARC has to be one of the most user-friendly domain security tools in the market. Can’t find anything wrong with this product. The platform supports DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS/TLS-RPT in one place, which helps streamline security efforts. Their customer support is responsive and helpful, especially during the onboarding and configuration process. The onboarding of us as an MSP/reseller and the onboarding of our first managed domains has been superb. If only all vendors had a partner onboarding programme like PowerDMARC, it would make our lives so much easier! PowerDMARC has been a key solution for our company. The platform is very intuitive and allowed us to implement and monitor SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other protocols without complications. It provides us with clear, visual reports, real-time alerts for any phishing attempts, and best of all, it integrates everything in one place. We easily met Gmail and Outlook requirements and were also able to display our logo with BIMI, which strengthened our brand image. Support has been fast and efficient, and since we manage multiple domains, centralized management has been a huge plus. Both from a technical feature perspective and management as a solid multi-tenant/MSP architecture, PowerDMARC checked all our boxes. Easy email security all in one interface. Nice tools to show clients how their current IT provider is failing them. Friendly staff.
