Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros * Fast support (which often times lacks with online banks) * Cards work great. No declines so far. * 1% cashback. I've had a lot of issues with my legacy banks not understanding my business. Why I would need additional cards for multiple ad accounts. I've never experienced this level of customer support at any bank I've had in the past. Not only replies within a minute but also understands my business fully so that I don't have to explain every single detail to them before getting the help I need. The cashback on all card spend doesn't hurt either. I love the fact that Juni can handle all my employees with various degrees of access to the Juni account - the fact that I can see all my balances across all our banks within one platform - and further, I love that I get cashback on every dollar we spend now - that we can create however many cards we need, that we get expert advice from industry leaders - all from our bank. Juni truly is something special. All you could need banking features Cards are great. 1% cashback + not having to deal with low spend limits when I want to scale campaigns. Amazing support feel like you're part of a journey together with the team *Whenever there's an issue you're never met with phone queues or copy+paste replies. Cons None that I can think of right now.. I guess cause they're still in beta mode you don't have 100% of the functionalities out yet but that hasn't been a problem for me so far. Some of the features I was looking for are still under development. Really excited to see them coming this year! A lot of the features are still in development so expect som parts of the platform to not be fully fletched out yet. Fairly new platform so there are some bugs now and then. Waiting for USD accounts to release.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros UX is the best of any financial app I've tested. Minimized nonsense that banks love to add. Normally you use your fingerprint, and unlike N26 it doesn't expire frequently. And unlike NURI you don't have to frequently wait and process mTAN. Instant SEPA for free, meaning money arrives Sundays within seconds at many EU banks. It also shows arrival/departure time. Lots of crypto choice - never seen that many. ONE free NASDAQ trade per month. EUR 200/month ATM access for free. See/change PIN for card in app. Cons Google Pay not working in all EU nations (an example being Luxembourg, where competitor Joompay works) Horrible AML if you deposit too much money, according to news articles! They may block your account for many months if depositing GBP 90000 according to one article, despite years of no issues with them. And if blocked, there is NO WAY you can communicate with them - as all is in-app chat... High crypto fees and not published derivation path to BTC crypto vault (cannot recover coins in case of a disaster even if knowing your private keys). No deposit insurance as not using a banking license (2021/11).
