Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Jina AI offers a modular, cloud-native framework with excellent support for multimodal and multilingual embeddings. It enables developers to quickly build robust search applications and integrates seamlessly with modern workflows. There was absolutely nothing redeeming in my dealings with this organization - this was, without question, the most inept team and the least ethical business I have ever encountered. Cons Enterprise documentation can be limited, and customer support could be more responsive. No support team 0 empathy 0 understanding Narcissistic team
