Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros VERY quick set-up, took less than a day (but def a solid 8-12 hours) Easy to integrate with a ton of open source ecommerce tools (specifically OpenCart and Presto, but can easily add to Magento, and more). No KYC SIMPLE checkout process for customers Our peptide research company integrated Ivno in less than a day and saw checkout completion rates improve by 16% during the following quarter. The payment links are easy to use, the dashboard is intuitive, and transaction exports have reduced manual accounting work significantly. The platform has been reliable and simple for both our operations team and customers. We run a large IPTV subscription business and needed a payment gateway that could handle recurring billing reliably without unnecessary account limitations. Ivno delivered a smooth experience from the start. Integration was simple, checkout speeds are fast, and Apple Pay plus Google Pay noticeably improved our customer conversion rates. Within our first 4 months using Ivno, we processed more than $96,000 in subscription payments with very stable uptime and excellent transaction reliability. The dashboard also makes subscription and payment management much easier for our operations team. Ivno has been very smooth to use for our online business. The dashboard is clean, transactions are processed quickly, and the WooCommerce integration was surprisingly easy to configure. I also like the merchant tools and reporting section because it helps us track payments and customer activity in one place. The API documentation is clear enough for developers and the onboarding process was much faster compared to other payment providers we tested. Ivno has completely transformed our checkout experience. The seamless integration with WooCommerce allows us to easily accept Apple Pay and GPay without friction. The 100% chargeback protection provides incredible peace of mind for our high-risk transactions, letting us focus on growth. What I like most about Ivno is the cart abandonment recovery feature and the fact that we are allowed to pass fee to customers or split it 50/50 between us and our customers or just absorb the fee so our customers wont have to worry about fees. Cons Their dashboards could be a bit better (but that doesn't really matter if you have orders going through a crm anyway) The platform is evolving steadily, and we're looking forward to seeing additional integrations and workflow enhancements in future updates. Not really something negative but as with most fiat-on-ramp, just keep an eye on conversion rates. Ivno already offer tools and features like sending automatic cart abandonment recovery emails to our customers, paired with our most effective strategy for higher Ivno conversion such as offering and automatically applying a 10% discount to customers items when the select ´Pay with Ivno´ on checkout. Right now the gateway supports major ecommerce stores and platform, about sixteen of them if I remember correctly. That's way overly robust API. Would love to see even more integrations added as the platform continues to grow. Excellent works. The dashboard interface took a little bit of time to get used to initially, but it works flawlessly now and provides all the reporting data we need including keeping our accounting clean using its CSV export and transaction filters. They never pay. Here’s the con: They promise full processing but their system doesn’t work (Visa/MasterCard failed for us). After just 2 weeks, we left them — but they kept over $10,000 of our funds. For 6 months, they blamed the “acquirer” and ignored payout requests. When time was up, they made up a fake $100K fine and asked us to “confirm we’ll pay it”. Their support is full of fake Skype accounts and zero accountability. Classic scam tactics: delay, deflect, invent fees, and vanish. Bottom line: You’ll never see your money again.
