	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Supports all computer and mobile phones brands and on all OS varieties. Works both online and offline. Easily accessible. It has the highest usability score of any payment platform due to its accessibility by all businesses. It also has the most robust feature of any platform I've used namely; funds transfer, withdrawals & deposits, loans & overdrafts, savings with interests, insurance, interbank transfers, merchant pay bills and tills, branchless banking, online and offline support at M-PESA agents. Cons Lacks a robust international network which limits its accessibility beyond Eastern Africa.
