Pros from Real Users Pros The ability to configure this application per how each company does specific calculations, asset explorer that shows the tree hierarchy The most I like about Intelex/ACTS are the people they employed, sweetest group of people I have ever met I like this system for the simple fact that it is easy to set up and provides an excellent platform for managing documentation, training and database customization. I also liked the fact that it covers most of my organization needs. Intelex is easy to administer, I like the stock module, the control panel and its ability to visualize and track performance. It also has a great user interface. The implementation process takes little time and is ready to use. I like the copy and paste features, the ability to manage issues and non-compliance and the improved workflow, plus it offers integration with legacy applications. This software is powerful, robust and customizable, I like that it adapts to our needs and offers good qualities, especially its EHSQ system and corporate reports. It's great for investigative reporting, incident management, storage, effective data management, easy to use and easy to manage. All of that is what I loved about Intelex. I like Intelex because of the management and because it offers good service and good customer support. I also like the flexibility and customization and the management of data collection to integrate a reporting system. Our new platform simplified numerous processes, great graphs, and reduced our overall time management issues. I like Intelex user-friendly design and good support system. I also like the ability to generate reports and periodic monitoring requirements that allow for quick and accurate follow-up.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The graphic user interface on the mobile devices used by our entire team in the field for audits, observations, incident reporting, pre-use inspections, etc. has made user compliance nearly 100% which is one of our leading indicators and has improved our continuous improvement initiative forward at a rapid pace. Safety Indicators packs a ton of features into a small operating costs. Safety Indicators is so confident, I was not locked into a long-term contract or high setup fees. I was able to convert all of my archaic safety process into digital with higher accountability of action items and incident investigation completion. Transformed our safety program! Customer service is unbelievable. You have a dedicated person to reach out to with issues for no additional charges. Even better is Safety Indicators is not stagnant and constantly rolling out updates and improvements! Not only did Safety Indicators have everything I was looking for and more, the people are so helpful. I have had emergencies and been able to get 1 on1 help later that day or the next. I should add the issue I have had are not from the software but on my end. Cons The training management requires manual inputs as opposed to automated updates like a learning management system. The only con that comes to mind that I encountered is email distribution lists couldn’t exceed 50 people. I created work arounds with outlook distribution lists, but very minor compared to the value you are receiving. I would be stretching a situation if I had to write a con really because all my issues have been from not knowing the system in the early stages.
