Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The training method is very effortless as well as well equipped with the industry. A detailed and well understandable training sessions. The phishing tool is very easy to use and has some unique features. Just-in-time training is very effective and even users appreciate it. Interesting story-based training content. Their customized content package makes training more personalized and also their managed services support is great. Cons The designing could be more better for graphics, the video formatting is very well done but the design can be enhanced. Most of the content is in English only, though this is not a big issue, they should have more languages for our global audience.
