Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy. Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking. Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue. Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question. To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account. I love that it's free, so it saves me money. I can easily use it and navigate the dashboard every easily. The best is the quick responsiveness of customer service, which is important for me whenever a problem arises. Great Platform and Customer Service. The platform is easy to navigate and customer service is very responsive for assistance. I like that you can store documents in each renters file. Its so easy to add these documents. Its nice that I don't have to keep a physical copy. The product overall is great; it has easy accessibility and is easy to setup. It also has great flexibility. Cons Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items. Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports. Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. I wish Innago implemented a guidebook or a video to help tenants better integrate into the platform because one of my tenants isn't tech savvy and had difficulty using it. I also wish there were forms available for landlords to use, such as eviction notice, lease agreements based on state, etc. I currently do not have any cons at this time to report. There is not a way to have a renter sign multiple electronic documents I do not like that I do not have the option to turn off the credit card function.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I manage several properties with different tenants and owners, so keeping everything separate without making the whole process confusing was important to me. RentPost lets me organize the property information, tenant records and financial details around the individual properties. I can move between properties without having to dig through separate spreadsheets to figure out which information belongs where. That sounds basic, but it was becoming surprisingly annoying with my old setup. I found RentPost on Reddit when I was looking for something that could handle applications without making me jump between five different places. The application side lets me collect the information and documents I need, run screening, and then move an approved applicant into the tenant workflow. That last part is what sold me. I don't have to copy everything over again just because someone got approved. The signed lease can also stay with the tenant's records, which makes finding it later way less annoying. 1. Vendors can get the work-order details instead of me explaining everything over the phone. 2. Photos can be attached to the request. I can assign the work and keep the updates with that job. 3. Comments mean I don't have to remember what was said three days ago. 4. Having the maintenance history there is helpful when the same property has another issue later. 1. After years of managing properties, having leasing, applications, tenant records, payments, maintenance and accounting under one PMS saves a ridiculous amount of back and forth. 2. RentPost handles the financial side properly with ledgers, receivables, payables, owner balances and reporting. 3. Tenant and owner portals take care of a lot of routine questions without everything landing in my inbox. 4. Online applications and tenant screening make the leasing side much easier to keep organized. I don't have to deal with concessions often, which is probably why they always used to throw me off. There's usually a perfectly reasonable explanation for the adjustment, but then I'm left trying to make sure the tenant's balance reflects it correctly and the accounting still makes sense afterward. RentPost gives me a way to record credits and concessions against the account rather than making some mysterious spreadsheet adjustment and hoping future me understands what past me was doing. I can see the charge and the adjustment together, which has been particularly helpful when I'm reviewing an account months later. Cons It took some time to decide how I wanted everything organized. There are quite a few application settings, so getting everything exactly how I wanted took some trial and error. Getting vendors to actually check the system instead of texting me took some convincing. New users may need some time to understand the accounting and workflow setup like I did. It took me a little time to understand how I wanted to handle different types of credits so that we were being consistent.
