Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy. Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking. Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue. Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question. To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account. I love that it's free, so it saves me money. I can easily use it and navigate the dashboard every easily. The best is the quick responsiveness of customer service, which is important for me whenever a problem arises. Great Platform and Customer Service. The platform is easy to navigate and customer service is very responsive for assistance. I like that you can store documents in each renters file. Its so easy to add these documents. Its nice that I don't have to keep a physical copy. The product overall is great; it has easy accessibility and is easy to setup. It also has great flexibility. Cons Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items. Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports. Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. I wish Innago implemented a guidebook or a video to help tenants better integrate into the platform because one of my tenants isn't tech savvy and had difficulty using it. I also wish there were forms available for landlords to use, such as eviction notice, lease agreements based on state, etc. I currently do not have any cons at this time to report. There is not a way to have a renter sign multiple electronic documents I do not like that I do not have the option to turn off the credit card function.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. The support team was helpful during setup and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them with basic questions. 2. They understood the property management side of things instead of just pointing me toward generic documentation. 3. Getting started felt much less stressful because I knew someone could help if I got stuck. The expense tracking tools are straightforward and let me attach receipts right where they belong, which saves so much time. Work order and maintenance management keeps every tenant request linked to the right property and automatically updates the status as things get done, so nothing falls through the cracks. Everything is connected, and I can see the full picture of expenses and tasks in a single view. 1. Double-entry ledger and chart of accounts are set up out of the box, so I don’t have to spend hours setting up categories. 2. Reconciling accounts and tracking income/expenses for multiple properties is way simpler now. 3. Generating financial statements for owners is painless, which keeps everyone happy. 1. Unlimited support and training meant figuring out the system didn’t feel overwhelming. 2. Data import support made moving everything from my old setup way easier than I expected. 3. The team is patient and genuinely helpful even when I stumble. Lease applications and leasing management are surprisingly smooth. Accounts receivable and payable are easy to reconcile, which saves a ton of time every month. I don’t have to double-check payments across multiple systems anymore. Also, Receivables and payables are neatly tracked in one place. Hella convenient Cons I would like to see more detailed guides for some of the less commonly used features. Sometimes I still prefer figuring things out on my own first. A few maintenance workflows could use more customization to fit unique properties, and while the mobile version is handy, I still prefer the desktop version for larger batches of tasks. The learning curve was a little steep at first if you’re not used to accounting jargon. 1. Responses can sometimes take a bit longer during peak hours. 2. Training sessions feel a little packed, so it’s easy to miss small details. It's such a great PMS but why doesn't it have an app yet? Feels like a huge dealbreaker at times
