But besides all, their 24*7 support is what made me really happy. After the implementation of Infinite MLM software, my business became faster and easier to manage. Cons The requirements planning process in the beginning was way too light. Customer have to understand every feature throughout like the system test engineer in order to gain wanted functionality. A lot of misunderstandings could be avoided with better and more accurate planning. The software is already on live but there are still issues to be addressed. The most software problems are related to the open source ecommerce part that could be better with wider range of good quality extensions. One area for improvement in Infinite MLM Software could be better accommodating users across different time zones, ensuring smoother communication and support. Honestly, not so much to complain. Great product and fantastic team. The only thing that comes to my mind is lack of a manual for downloading to study all details and all features, Today they are solving my inquiries via a Zoom call and go through my questions step by step I would appreciate seeing some minor changes implemented in the design section. The dashboard could be much better and simple for beginners. It looks a few days for me to understand the working of the software.		Pros from Real Users Pros A robust user interface, pretty straightforward. Setup within a month. Payment integration, and a lot of options we're planning to use in future. Wordpress + WooCommerce integration via their plugin. RestAPI for custom integrations. Great assistance from their engineering team. Robust genealogy management, nice-looking and adjustable back offices, all the commission can be calculated instantly when a purchase confirmed on the online shop. - pricing is super affordable comparing to other software of THIS level (of course there is always a cheap alternative but most of them just a crap) - high-end network analytics: we're able to get whatever network data we need, including retention, effectiveness of promos, et cetera 1. integration of the platform with our custom CMS (actually it can be integrated with anything :) 2. commission calculation according to our custom compensation plan I like the options available. I like the ease of access. I like the professionalism of the Sales and support teams. I like the advantages the software platform provides to our enterprise. I like the pricing. System flexibility, easy usage, perfect customer support, unbeatable price-performance-ratio, all-inclusive solution. We liked the easy APIs and their user interface. It is easy to use and easy to integrate with our other systems. Their installation team has been extremely flexible. The software integrated with our system very easily via API allowing a seamless flow of data to allow our distributors to keep up to date with their daily business activities. The option to customize the online office is a fantastic addition. It's very easy to use. We got what we need: our hybrid compensation plan with multi-currency which is important because we operate in 3 countries at the moment. Everything works fine and we got helpdesk support over email and phone when we need it.
