Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. there is nothing good about this service as it is outside of US borders and insecure. Information is being sold to others as you have to give information verbally over the phone. Nothing. Frustrating. No Customer Service Cons Set up auto pay with them and immediately after having given them CC information, we had fraudulent charges next day. No other verbal use of CC was given in past. 1) Get a voice message when you call in to just "PAY" your bill - MY TIME IS AS VALUABLE AS THEIRS OR MORE SO. Just answer the phone and take the payment. 2) Wants you to leave detailed messages rather than answering the phone to TALK to the customer and service them quickly! 3) CHARGE 3% if you use a credit card to pay your provider bill	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not too difficult to use, excellent customer service, price is reasonable compared to others, there are a variety of features available. The staff really make this product great, knowledgeable, friendly and there when you need them most. Product is easy to use and if you have any questions, staff instantly is there to help with a call or email. The support team is what sold us on this product. They are so helpful and willing to do whatever it takes. The system itself is usable for all types of healthcare needs. The system is user friendly. We had no problem with our staff navigating the system. The options are unlimited. The reports helped all my providers. The system is sound and always up. The support is above all else. I am a billing service and work with 12-15 client softwares. None are as accessible and responsive as Mercury. We chose Mercury as our house software after 23 years of working in countless PM systems. The features and customizations are abundant if you desire, they’re available. Cons If you don't logout correctly the browsers has to be closed and reopened before you can login again. Product looks a little outdated, but the staff makes up for it hands down. The reports could have more options on formatting. So many options can be overwhelming but they have ways to limit the views. So many features, it can appear overwhelming initially.
