Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software suite has good billing module, sending digital receipts to customers, the reports and analytics in the backend apps is wonderful. Inventory management can be done easily too. Very nice billing software feature, good support by intuition team, easily send bills through sms or email, backend apps are available in mobile and Webapp with realtime analytics and multi store support. The software has features like sending digital receipts and send promotional messages through sms or email. The customer credit management and sales history is there to access them. The software is easy for billing with a beautiful interface. Digital receipts can be send to customers even promotions as well. The billing interface is very simple to use, it has both android and web backend apps for analytics and business management. Digital receipts can be send to Customer. Stock indent is easier to do. Cons The WhatsApp integration is not there in the software. Petty cash management is not available too. Composite item management not yet available in back office and initial printer connection issues during purchase. The online store feature is not available yet in this. Not all features are available in backoffice which are present in pos app. We cannot update image from backoffice only after sign out and sign in its loading it's not loading immediately.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The products have a lot of promise. Much better if backed up by employees and management that provided customer service excellence in delivering such a product. The table management feature is exceptional, streamlining seating arrangements and improving efficiency during busy hours. The kitchen display system is seamless, significantly reducing order communication errors. The loyalty program has been a huge hit with customers, boosting repeat visits. The system is intuitive and easy to use once staff are familiar with it. The support team is highly responsive and always helpful with questions or concerns. Cons -Lack of follow up or major lags - A lot of empty promises - Lack of Professionalism - Been waiting on payment for 4-5 months - Everyone points the finger at someone else If there are investors, they should really look into the customer experience. I predict this company will be changing their name soon to avoid new customers from seeing their bad reviews. The reporting feature could use more customization options to cater to different business models. There’s a steep learning curve for new staff initially, although it becomes easy to use over time.
