	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TestCollab is very easy to set up and use, even for someone new to test management. The UI is clean and intuitive, so my team did not need much training. I really liked how test cases can be organized into suites and reused across multiple projects, which saves a lot of time. Integrations with Jira and GitHub work smoothly, and reporting gives a clear picture of test coverage and execution progress. Collaboration features like assigning test runs and commenting within test cases made team communication much better. Responsive Support: Users benefit from prompt and helpful assistance, ensuring their queries and issues are addressed quickly. Effective Issue Resolution: The platform actively addresses raised concerns, demonstrating a commitment to improving functionality and user experience. Intuitive Navigation: Easy-to-use interface facilitates smooth and efficient navigation, enhancing user productivity. Organized Test Case Management: Suite separation for test cases improves organization and clarity, streamlining testing processes and enhancing overall efficiency. Cons Lack support for BDD and custom reports on dashboard. If a test plan was created without a test case and then exited, only the project administrator can delete it. You can also check two test plans and then delete one; from API, those empty test plans aren’t deleted from the UI. Unfortunately, the platform has several issues with sorting or filtering. Additionally, sometimes, the test plans get stuck and cannot be accessed. One of the most exasperating aspects is the absence of a recycle bin. Once something is deleted, it’s gone for good unless you’re willing to pay a hefty fee for administrator assistance. This lack of user-friendliness can be a significant drawback for many.
