	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has everything I needed for my pharmacy, and that's all in a discounted annual package. The best thing is I can create as many users as I want in that all-in-one subscription. 1. User friendly 2. Better Performance 3. Compatibility with the latest OS 4. Customer Support is the best 5. Invoice formtatter 6. Affordable pricing packages 7. multi role What I liked most about ZivoxPOS is its clean interface, fast performance, and ease of use for both staff and management. The inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting features are very practical for daily retail operations. Setup was straightforward, and the system feels modern compared to many traditional POS solutions. I also appreciate the responsive support team and the flexibility to customize certain workflows according to business needs. I have been using this software for 1 month, and it has made my life very easy. It has a multiple-Tab function. and I can create user roles from my own dashboard; that means I do not need to purchase multiple subscriptions for my multiple computers. Just bought it once and using on 5 computers in my pharmacy. Cons The only thing I found lacking right now is an admin mobile app right now where I can see stats of my daily sales, and purchase. But the good thing is the support team has assured me that it is under development. i have not found any bug because as soon as i detect a bug i constant support and they give an update within 48 hours Some advanced features could benefit from more detailed documentation and onboarding tutorials, especially for first-time POS users. A few reports may require additional filtering options for larger businesses with multiple product categories or branches. It has no cons. Its very easy to use and easy to learn; anyone with basic computer knowledge can use it.
