Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Working with the HireScore team was a joy, the customer support was fabulous and they adapted my hiring team's pace with reviewing and selecting candidates. We expected to spend at least 6 months on this hard-to-fill role, but we selected our final candidate within 2 months. Quick email replies, friendly, amazing skill set, fabulous guidance, attention to detail. Very professional presentation and ease for the company and also the applicants. This was my first time using HireScore and I absolutely loved it! Jody was amazing!! All my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Utilizing the HireScore system and advertising services has been wonderful for streamlining the recruiting process. The ads have allowed us to reach candidates from various sources and locations, which widens the applicant pool. Jody has always provided exceptional customer service…she’s an absolute delight to work with! We had a wonderful experience. All interactions were personable and professional. The knowledge provided to us was extensive and helped us form exactly what we needed to find success in this role. Communication was easy and the updates were nice to get! Cons The only thing I can think of was notifications of new applicants, which was easily fixed by changing my settings. Cost manageable- however, high for a small business. Cost is comparable to the service/ product received- however difficult to find the extra funds to sustain. I really can't think of any cons with using this service. No cons to report. Any minor suggestions I've had for their system/design were passed along to their development team and were implemented in no time! I don't have much for cons. This product is awesome for businesses both big and small!		Pros from Real Users Pros I had a really positive experience using TFY. The platform was simple and easy to understand, which made onboarding and day-to-day use stress-free. The fact that the platform supports crypto payments also is an obvious standout. The service was exceptional, never felt like just another number. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely treated me like a valued client. Overall, the service felt personal, transparent, and reliable. We use Transformify primarily to process payouts for contractors outside the Philippines, and it has made cross-border payments significantly easier for our payroll operations. Instead of managing multiple bank transfers and country-specific payment arrangements, we are able to process disbursements in a more streamlined and controlled way through a single platform. The biggest advantage for us is the simplicity. It reduces administrative effort, improves visibility of transactions, and helps ensure payments are completed without the usual complexity that comes with international transfers. Compared to manual banking processes, this is far more efficient and easier to manage for a payroll team handling global payments. Support has also been very responsive whenever needed, which adds confidence when managing time-sensitive payroll disbursements. Transformify (TFY) is a simple and practical tool for working with data. It is easy to use and does not require coding for basic tasks. The interface is clear and most functions are easy to find. It works reliably and jobs usually run without problems. Error messages are understandable and help to fix issues quickly. Overall performance is good for everyday data processing.
