• I LOVE the accounting side and how desktop keeps reports organized. How the families and children are all in one spot. However they failed to make sure the new staff knows both online and desktop and confused to many things. Online specialist lack the ability to show me how to streamline and move to online app. Data and forms are clunky and reports don't convert to a readable pdf like desktop does it goes to a spreadsheet. 6 months of frustration and cannot get it right. After ten years I left.
• The app is user friendly in most aspects. It allows both the parent and the teacher to communicate on the go, and parents can get updates on their child all day via their phone. The customer support is always amazing. They work on an issue until they get it resolved.
• I like how everything is linked together. From the administration to the classroom and even billing Procare is a one stop shop.
• I like that it is easy to select activities for children to share with parents and guardians. Parents are easily able to send messages to the classroom as well to let teachers know if they will be late or if their child will not be in attendance that day. As a parent, I enjoy getting the email summary at the end of each day.
• I love as a parent that I can message just the admin team or the teachers directly. It is a nice way for privacy purposes.

• I really like the ability to send parents pictures or their children and updates for their activities. I love that one software package can provide everything that is needed to run a daycare center's daily activities.
