Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • It is easy to change service dates. Some good templates. I need to add more characters or the site wont let me save this review.
  • Nothing at all, I would not let lie to y'all and see y'all lose money over this software. So sad!

Cons

  • It is a colossal waste of time. If you discharge a patient, all is lost you start over as a new eval. I just had to do that, it took an hour to copy and paste my precious info, just to get to the point of starting the eval. The daily notes have 9 pages, and I think there are >40 mandatory clicks to pull in information from the previous note.
  • Reaching out since September and only gotten one response, to "list my issues"! I have 2 companies losing thousand of dollars on this software due to no support on the issues.

  • I liked the immediate response that was provided by the customer service team. The user interface required several layers of support and every time, the team was amazing in their detailed and quick response.
