		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Helps employees in organizations large and small stay connected and network/collaborate across departments. Increases productivity and employee engagement/retention. Good pricing provides value. Very simple set-up and adoption by employees was welcoming. Intuitive user interface and easy set-up. Helpful analytical data. It has been a great tool to have and is very sleek and modern making it really easy to use. Simpplr helps remind us of birthdays and anniversaries! It’s so easy to use! Log in with your SSO and you’re ready to go. It’s helpful having a company directory and people profiles especially while working from home. Simpplr is so easy to use and makes it simple to get company-wide news and updates in one place. I am happy. Staying connected and informed is a must for our organization. With Simpplr, even those with less technological skills are able to login and use the platform with no problem. Cons Implementation and use so far has gone without a hitch. No negative experiences to report. New updates and features keep everything up to date. I can't think of any cons, it has been so helpful. I can’t think of any issues. Tool works well for our organization and I am completely satisfied. Nothing jumps out. I suppose more customized features would help.
