		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Video Embedded in My Weekly Email Animation Embedded in My Weekly Email Incredibly Responsive Customer Service - Ability to target content to specific employee departments with one email - Workflow approval system is extremely helpful - Reporting has great analytics, real-time results and trends - Embed video, podcasts and polls directly in the email - Pricing is much better than their competitors - Drag and Drop interface with the ability to create customized, reusable layouts Cons N/A. - Wish there was a texting component so we could alert employees rapidly. - Wish they had a way to view real-time reports/results on a mobile device (they say it's in their plans).
