		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It helps a little bit with everything this successful software; it is necessary to save time in workflow with all those essential activities that are simple but very important. I use it to share documents, establish an order of projects and services production, create information analysis. It is very versatile, and that pleases me a lot, as it gives a very functional comfort to my way of working. I like this software because it is truly versatile; I have started advanced projects and subsequently ordered them. Igloo is synonymous with stability and understanding in areas of work with great fluidity; it is exceptionally comfortable and has been able to cover multiple organization processes and originality in the activities. It helps us encourage productivity and task management; we have completed many objectives and add a great effort to each of the management processes. Igloo is an application that provides very useful extensions of internal and external communication through blogs, social networks, calls, internal chats and content management for a complete collaborative communication. In addition, it is complemented by the attachment of audiovisual material for a better understanding of the message. Igloo leaves at our disposal all kinds of functions based on communication, with which we can create collaborative teams that are able to divide the work in different branches, such as mail management, directories, or sharing multimedia material through social networks with the highest traffic. Cons Igloo has to improve its support and configuration; it does not have a profitability process in each ticket I send; they are slow to locate my problems. No negative comments for Igloo; it is excellent; I like the way it works. Sincerely the software is successful because it has given a great result. Despite its many communication channels, this one lacks video and audio conferencing collaboration software among an organizational group. In addition, it does not offer internal contact management that establishes immediate and timely communication from our sales team to customers, even the primary ones. The only noticeable flaw within igloo is that since it does not contain features for creating online chat rooms, collaboration through conferencing is somewhat limited. Fortunately, there are tools based on direct messages to communicate. Igloo also lacks options to make internal calls.
