Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Price and easy templates. Not much more positive to add. Sales reps were helpful enough, but after you go live, there is no accountability for product support. The software is simple anyone to use to develop a website and there are enough features in the package to satisfy the needs of most simple community websites. The customer support is terrific and price is very attractive, a very good product for the price. Cons Their whole platform is easy and cheap... 10 people to the whole company..... but EVERYTHING on their platform backend is geared toward HOA Express managing and wanting your domain. Good luck if you keep it to yourself. Then if the site goes down... there is NO ONE to talk to. Product specialists stay behind an iron curtain. Front line phone people are hapless and helpless. No accountability as there is not ONE account rep.. just a "team." Think Comcast customer service in an endless do-loop. Working with the member data and accounts is not as good as it should be. Most of the problems that I have encountered have been dealing with resident accounts and information. Also the software does not allow Admins enough capability to solve issues.
