Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use. Customizable for individual needs. Easy reporting/audit. GREAT SUPPORT. RESPONSIVE to needs. I was using older software before. This is much more developed and advanced for me while staying easy for my employees to use. Cons I can only say that there have been a few minor issues (but those have been addressed and corrected immediately). I know they're still working on it, but helping with equipment maintenance will be great.
