Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very simple experiment test results that usually delivered within 48hours - with a precise breakdown to replicate any issues found. Love the ease of use of the platform and how easy it is to launch tests. It's quick, effective, and keeps our launches smooth. The user interface is super easy to understand, and they are constantly rolling out updates and improvements to their platform to make things even better. They were so easy to work with, really liked having a project manager to help with managing testing. They were very flexible and open to our needs/feedback, even hosted a training session with testers to ensure they understood the nature of our business. - Easy setup in testing sessions - Very responsive testing managers - Reliable execution of all required test cases Cons Raising experiments not as simple as previously Found it to be a little confusing. There's not much I've experienced so far that I don't like. I think most companies that rely on freelancers have some issues with consistency/quality –having a project manager from GAT helped with this a lot but there were still a few instances were bugs were raised with different levels of quality feedback. - Long test execution time - Sometimes incoherent results, issues that have been marked as "intentional" get flagged again
