Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Genius ERP has been a powerful tool for our business. I use Genius Manufacturing ERP as the Accounts Manager in for one of my clients. Its easy to use and easily integrate with other software's. Customer support is also very good. The in-depth accounting report functions are greatly helpful in tracking financial performance. The reports are easy to customize to effectively represent the company, regardless of the field of application. Love Genius ERP. Comprehensive, automated, scalable, customizable, integratable, user friendly and cost-effective. Boosts efficiency and insights. We're in the early stages of our implementation but so far we are impressed with the quality of the support and implementation and sales engineering teams. We look forward to our Go Live date and are excited to have Genius facilitate data, data management, and reports that will help our business be more productive and grow. Well adapts to manufacturer sector. Easy to transfer data and chart in Excel. Easy to work with for the staff Cons Standard reports are limited in numbers, also difficult to adapt after being exported in Excel or Word. If you are to manage customization internally, you will need to learn the use of Microsoft Power BI. The initial reports are not easy for the employee side to use. Steep learning curve, occasional glitches, limited mobile access. No cons so far. We are only at the beginning of the implementation phase. News different kind of support (phone or email or chat) when we need to change reports	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - A comprehensive system covering from Customer engagement through to Erection completion (with a superior Document Management system) - Easy to use. Follows a logical path through the processes. - STRUMIS Comes equipped with a very resourceful Linear and Plate Nesting at no extra cost. - Very attractive license options. - STRUMIS Integrates with Tekla Structures (Detailing Software), also with several ERP's and HR Management Softwares. - STRUMIS Reports are second to none. You actually can even edit your own reports to suit your workflow/processes. If you can't, STRUMIS will do it for you. (You can even automate some reports to run and circulate) - STRUMIS Support is super useful. This is achieved through Email and there's an online portal with all issues etc for reference. - Others are 'Barcoding', 'Contract budgets, tracking and cost analysis right from Estimation through Prelim to final detailed listing'. 'Material prices management' 'Detailed Items and Inventory module', BIMReview and the availability of 'Production Consoles' at any workstation you chose to use it at. - Training was done by a team the came in for 2 weeks. Helped set up everything, everything else was done on Remote Desktop session, Emails or on the Support portal. - eLearning - a new feature introduction to help with Staff edification and improve retention. eLearning allows users to learn within their working license and grades them, even giving them a certificate of good performance. Cons Honestly nothing is screaming for attention here, we've grown to formulate our process around STRUMIS. I could update one I have a real issue.
