Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Genius ERP has been a powerful tool for our business. I use Genius Manufacturing ERP as the Accounts Manager in for one of my clients. Its easy to use and easily integrate with other software's. Customer support is also very good. The in-depth accounting report functions are greatly helpful in tracking financial performance. The reports are easy to customize to effectively represent the company, regardless of the field of application. Love Genius ERP. Comprehensive, automated, scalable, customizable, integratable, user friendly and cost-effective. Boosts efficiency and insights. We're in the early stages of our implementation but so far we are impressed with the quality of the support and implementation and sales engineering teams. We look forward to our Go Live date and are excited to have Genius facilitate data, data management, and reports that will help our business be more productive and grow. Well adapts to manufacturer sector. Easy to transfer data and chart in Excel. Easy to work with for the staff Cons Standard reports are limited in numbers, also difficult to adapt after being exported in Excel or Word. If you are to manage customization internally, you will need to learn the use of Microsoft Power BI. The initial reports are not easy for the employee side to use. Steep learning curve, occasional glitches, limited mobile access. No cons so far. We are only at the beginning of the implementation phase. News different kind of support (phone or email or chat) when we need to change reports
