Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I am extremely satisfied with Gen Balance Sheet Software as it simplifies my audit and financial reporting assignments while keeping them up to date. The software automatically prepares Profit & Loss Accounts, Notes to Accounts, and Schedule III-compliant Balance Sheets. It also helps me generate audit documentation, financial statements, CARO reports, Directors’ Reports, certificates, and other statutory documents with ease. Additionally, I can conveniently download templates and import them into the software, which saves time and enhances productivity. I use this software in my firm to prepare Profit and Loss statements and Notes to Accounts as per Schedule III and Schedule VI requirements. The software allows automatic preparation of the Balance Sheet, both with and without the Revised Schedule III format. It also provides depreciation computation as per the Income Tax Act and the Companies Act, along with preparation of the Fixed Asset Register. Additionally, I can easily import and export data through Excel, eliminating the need for manual data entry. After using the Gen Balance Sheet software for five years, I can easily generate my UDIN registration with it. I also use it to calculate ratios for multiple years and merge two trial balance files. I even prepared the company auditor’s report, CARO, IFCR, Notes to Accounts, Director’s Report, Representation Letter, Notice, Certificate of Confirmation, Balance Sheet as per Schedule III, and more. The working process of this software is very simple and manages all your tasks efficiently. I use this software to file to import my Tally data into the Gen Balance sheet software. Also, it can easily merge the two balance sheet data. The advanced features of this software are cash and fund flow, Form 15CA and 15CB, Form 16 and 16A, etc, with unlimited user access. I also remember that during the deadline period, I was very much depressed about how I failed, but thank you, support team, they resolved all of my queries immediately. Gen Balance Sheet is a widely used software for preparing balance sheets. For 10 years, I used this to simplify the process of preparing profit and loss statements, importing financial data from Busy and Tally. Additionally, after using this, it can generate cash flow statements, prepare audit documents, and calculate depreciation quickly and easily. Cons The software is equipped with advanced features and is regularly updated with the latest utilities and templates. I have not experienced any drawbacks or dislikes while using this software.
