	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Super easy to use So many features to suit your needs Friendly and very responsive customer service team We recently utilized PerkUp for our corporate branded needs as part of our rebranding initiative, and the experience was exceptional. Our goal was to offer our employees some swag featuring our new logo, and PerkUp made the entire process incredibly easy. From helping us design hundreds of items with our custom logos to creating beautiful collections that showcased our products in a visually appealing way, PerkUp exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Adriana Castaño, our account representative, who was instrumental in the successful rollout. Adriana's communication was always on-point and fast, and she provided alternative solutions to some of the issues we encountered. She consistently followed up and made herself available for any questions we had, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. We also appreciate that PerkUp sends only what employees select, which helps our corporate sustainability efforts by not spending or shipping items that we won't need. • Simple to order swag for teams in multiple locations. • On-demand fulfillment means no need to manage inventory myself. • Branding controls ensure consistency across items. • Employees liked the quality of the products. • Reliable delivery in both the US and Canada. Cons Limited options in some countries Not a lot of follow up or communication when items are discontinued or the employee has not received it. The only critique I have for PerkUp is the limited selection of items available in their on-demand catalog, especially for women. It would be fantastic if they could work with suppliers to offer a wider array of products. • Platform takes a little time to learn at first. • International options (outside North America) are still developing. • Limited customization compared to working with niche local vendors.
