Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They have a large variety of quality products and an intuitive and easy to use interface. They were with local printers so you can ship products in a large variety of countries internationally. Cons They aren't the most competitive in terms of pricing, but they make up for that with their ease of use and international distribution.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Placed a test order on November 14th, it's now December 4th and it's not fulfilled yet. Never going to make a customer wait this long, absolutely terrible. Never using them again. They have unique print on demand items but WHO GIVES A S--- if you can't even produce the item and do what you are supposed to do? Cons Order does not get fulfilled in a timely manner, compared to competition it's the worst. -Etsy removed ALL JetPrint listings (Etsy does not let them integrate any longer...possibly because they are inept?) -Non-existent customer service when you need it most -Fake customer service number that rings and then goes to a busy signal after a bunch of rings (nobody answered? WOW WHAT A SURPRISE!) -They didn't tell me there was an issue with a customers order until 10 DAYS after she bought it. ONLY AFTER I CONTACTED them about how long it was taking. -Live Chat always say "we will be back in approx 5 hours" which is a total lie. It has said that the last THREE times I have used it and NOBODY EVER GOT BACK. Not even three days later. -Treat you like you are dumb by the completely stupid excuses they will make up as well.
