Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used to use GCash until they stole my money and now their customer service will not investigate and find out how someone in their company took my money. I warn everyone to open a GCash account. It's widely accepted across the Philippines for transacting business and for sending money. Saves time and effort. Cons The con is that they can take your money anytime they want to and there is is nothing you can do about it. Too many scammers use GCash and the customer service doesn't care about your problem. We have already filed criminal charges against GCash. There are frequent interruptions in the service/offline. The opening screen is a promo, this is irritating if you are in a hurry. It doesn't work on some phones. Needed to change my phone to start using it. GCash is miles away from its competitors and now they are starting to charge fees on some transactions.
