Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As someone who relies heavily on Fibonacci retracements and harmonic patterns, the drawing tools here are the best I've used. They offer mt4 - some might argue it's a drawback they're limited to just one metatrader platform, but to me mt4 is the only platfrom you need to do trading. It's the standard. The selection of shares and indices is big enough And of course good spreads, nothing to get worried about Trading conditions and infrastructure. Nice ECN account with a good commission and execution. Metatrade4, outdated in interface, but still relevant in terms of customization and community support. Trading processes were organised without delays. It’s always a positive for any broker. Support service that is really supportive. I mean it’s not just robots that give the same answers like I can find in FAQ section, but professionals who can answer trading related questions and handle challenging situations. Another pro, how straightforward the platform is. I didn’t get stuck in the labyrinths, connecting to my mt4 terminal right away. The market range is okay and the leverage of 1000x is a big plus for forex traders who want more flexibility Cons Trading app could be improved, the MT4 one feels a bit generic. I didn't like they made me wait when I sent them a couple of my requests about my accounts. I think the broker should work on that. I think the platform would be a problem. If you’re not familiar with mt4 or don’t like it, you’re done! And the small one is a little bit annoying with card verification with all these photos and information to fill in… Not best spreads on standard account and maybe lack of other non-MT platforms too.
